Who May Use the share-text.com Service

The share-text.com Service are intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the share-text.com Service by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the share-text.com Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Description of the Service

The share-text.com Service offers the User to access to the functionality of the online text editor. All currently existing options of the Service, as well as any development of them and/or adding new ones is the subject matter of these Terms. The share-text.com Service provides the User with the possibility to enter text into the web interface of the Service with the functionality of “auto save” text (“as a draft”) in the User's browser (if it is technologically possible and is supported by a browser). The Service is provided to the User for personal noncommercial use.

Content on the Service

Any text(s) that the User is enters into the web interface of the share-text.com Service is not stored on the server of the share-text.com. Auto save text (draft) is conducted using the User's browser and may be stored temporarily to browser's “Local Storage” (if it is technologically possible and is supported by a browser), which is installed in the User's device. Please note that the option auto save text (draft) is not designed as a service of backup of text, and any text can be deleted by the user's browser automatically, because text is stored temporarily in the user's browser. Also, if the User has cleared the browsing data (Local storage or Local data or Site data) or uses the configuration of the browser as “Private mode” or “Never remember history”, text can be deleted automatically, depending on browser settings.

Your access to and use of the share-text.com Service or any Content are at your own risk. You understand and agree that the share-text.com Service are provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
